YASA VOB to MPEG Converter is a handy software application to convert VOB (or IFO) to MPEG1, MPEG2, AVI, MPG, DivX, VCD, SVCD, etc. and directly burn to CD. Also, this program is useful for DVD copying and for ripping purposes.
It allows to duplicate and/or copy DVD to make backup and preserve the original discs. Also, the application enables the user to rip a whole DVD or part of it, selecting time (one second precise), chapter or frame for the segmented files so any part of a movie can be ripped independently, and setting the starting and ending points. In addition, the program can directly rip from DVD to MPEG. AVI, VCD, SVCD, which is very useful for creating DVD libraries. Converted contents can be played on any DVD player program, such as Windows Media Player.
